On 27 May 2019, a KEMIS-Termoclean delegation visited two non-hazardous waste incinerators in Austria. These are EVNs and ENAGES companies that our company has been successfully working with for many years. The delegation was acquainted with the complete operation of the incinerators from the moment of taking over the waste, preparing it before incineration, its thermal treatment, producing steam and electrical energy, and disposing of the residues after incineration. Both companies are among the largest and most modern facilities of this kind in Austria and form part of the combined waste management system of that country. They are designed to have the least possible negative impact on the environment and form an important link in the Austrian economy.
